Terms

These terms apply when you buy or download products from Ryvn Studios ("Ryvn", "we") at ryvn.cc. By placing an order you agree to them.

Who you're buying from

Our order process for card, PayPal and other USD payments is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our USD orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns for those orders. Robux orders are paid inside our Roblox experience and handled by Ryvn directly.

Products

Our products are digital files for use in Roblox Studio: scripts, systems, interfaces and models. They are delivered to your library on this site as soon as payment is confirmed.

License

Each purchase grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the product in your own Roblox experiences, including commercial ones. You may modify it for your own use. You may not resell, redistribute, share, leak or re-upload the product or any modified version of it, whether paid or free. Some products carry extra conditions, which are listed on their product page.

Accounts

You sign in with Discord. Purchases are tied to that Discord account. Keep it secure; we can't move purchases between accounts except at our discretion.

Refunds

Liability

Products are provided as they are. We test everything before release, but Roblox updates can affect how a product behaves, and we can't guarantee a product will work with every game or future Roblox version. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product.
