Refunds

Card and PayPal orders

You can request a refund within 14 days of purchase. Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record, handles refunds for these orders. Request one through the link in your Paddle receipt email, or at paddle.net. You can also contact us and we'll arrange it. Once a refund is issued, your license ends and the product is removed from your library.

Robux orders

Roblox doesn't let developers return Robux, so Robux purchases can't be refunded in Robux. If a product doesn't work as described and we can't fix it, contact us within 14 days and we'll fix it, replace it, or swap it for another product of equal value.

Free products

Free products have no charge to refund.
